LA Investment Solutions Ltd was born from a simple idea; it was difficult for non
residents to get financed.
From that point, we started to help and advise mainly non resident clients securing a mortgage with the French banks first and with the international private banks as we kept growing. We successfully secured structured mortgages for high value real estate.

Having reached its 10 year anniversary in December 2023, it was finally time for LA Investment Solutions Ltd to evolve and create a new identity that would perfectly reflect its new activities and goals; the company now operates under its new brand, Norde Finance Ltd.
